History of MHD Logistics

1974 – 2005

The Foundation Building a Legacy.

The Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD) Group establishes itself as a key pillar of Oman’s economy. During these formative decades, the group lays the groundwork for automotive and industrial excellence, creating the internal demand that would eventually birth a dedicated logistics powerhouse.

2006 – 2015

Inception & Growth Formalizing Logistics.

Recognizing the need for professional supply chain services, MHD Logistics is formalized as a dedicated division. We expanded our fleet, established our first major warehousing facilities in Muscat, and began serving external clients beyond the group’s own needs.

2016 – 2020

Expansion & Certification Going National.

A period of rapid infrastructure growth. We launched operations in Sohar and Salalah to cover key ports and achieved our "Triple Crown" of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), cementing our reputation as a quality-first provider for the Oil & Gas sectors.

2021 – Present

Future Vision The Digital Era.

Aligning with Oman Vision 2040, we integrated advanced ERP tracking systems and expanded into the Duqm Special Economic Zone. Today, we stand as a fully integrated 3PL partner, managing complex heavy lifts and cold chains for global brands.
